The course "Applications and Challenges in Cybersecurity" is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of how cybersecurity permeates and is essential across a variety of academic and professional disciplines. The primary objective of the course is to raise awareness and educate academics, researchers, and students about the critical importance of cybersecurity in their respective fields.

In addition, the course will adopt an interdisciplinary approach, encouraging participants to consider not only how cybersecurity affects their specific field of study, but also how it interrelates with other disciplines. This is especially relevant in the context of collaborative and research projects that cross traditional disciplinary boundaries.

Therefore, we invite members of university faculties and departments to participate in this course, which will not only broaden their understanding of cybersecurity within their own field, but will also provide them with a wider perspective on its impact and relevance in other domains of knowledge.

Methodology

It aims to provide a comprehensive and practical learning experience where students can connect theory with practice and effectively prepare for current challenges in the field of cybersecurity, culminating in a final assessment that validates and certifies their competencies.
