The International Chair in Trustworthy AI and Demographic Challenge (DemIA) presents the AI Tool Pills to Improve Business Productivity course, a free online training program available on the e4you platform.

The training, like the Chair itself, is coordinated by the BISITE Research Group and funded by the State Secretariat for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence. DemIA addresses challenges such as depopulation, aging, and territorial inequality from a technological, ethical, and people-centered perspective.

The course is designed for all profiles interested in becoming familiar with trending AI tools on the market to increase workplace productivity.

Course competencies:

Upon completion, the student will be able to:

  • Understand the potential and uses of generative artificial intelligence tools for content creation, information organization, and support for professional tasks.
  • Use conversational AI tools (ChatGPT and Perplexity) to search for, generate, and summarize information efficiently and critically.
  • Design visual content using AI tools (Canva AI and DALL·E), applying basic principles of visual communication and AI-assisted creativity.
  • Organize information and workflows in digital environments (Notion), integrating AI-generated content into personal or professional processes.
  • Apply prompt engineering principles to obtain accurate, relevant, and ethically appropriate results across different generative AI tools.
